Postcard Sort, published by Sinancode, is a souvenir-sorting game. This policy explains how information is handled when you play or contact us.
Game Data on Your Device
Game progress, collected postcards, daily journey records, sound preferences and temporary game-resume data are stored on your device. The app reads the language chosen for it in iOS Settings. We do not operate a game-progress server or upload your progress to a developer account.
The app has no sign-in, advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK or advertising tracking. It does not request access to your camera, photo library, contacts or location.
Purchases
An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks the full journey. Apple processes purchases and restores through the App Store. The app checks purchase entitlements through StoreKit and caches unlock status on your device. We do not receive your payment card details.
Apple handles its services under Apple’s Privacy Policy. System diagnostics and device backups depend on your Apple and device settings.
Contacting Support
If you email hi@sinancode.com, we receive your email address and the contents you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue. Email is handled by the email services used to deliver and receive your message. Please do not send payment card details or Apple Account passwords.
We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up, or where retention is required by law. To request deletion of support correspondence, contact the same address.
Your Choices
“Start a new journey” clears game progress, postcards and daily journey records. Sound preferences and Apple purchase entitlements are retained. Your app language remains controlled by iOS.
Uninstalling may remove locally stored progress. The app does not provide its own cloud save or cross-device progress sync. Purchased access can be restored using the same Apple Account; restoring purchases does not restore game progress. Device backups are managed by Apple and your device settings.
Children
The game does not collect gameplay data from players, including children. If a child sends personal information through support email, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.
