Frequently Asked Questions
What is the blank postcard area for?
A picture is hidden behind it. Fill a suitcase with matching souvenirs to reveal a piece. Main-story postcards unfold across three levels, and completed postcards are added to your travel album.
How do I move souvenirs?
Tap one suitcase, then another to move its top souvenir. You can move it onto a matching souvenir or into an empty suitcase with available space. A full suitcase of matching souvenirs is packed away.
What is free?
The first two chapters, containing 48 levels and 16 postcards, are free. The daily journey is also free. A one-time purchase unlocks the remaining journey and future chapters; there is no subscription or promised update schedule.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use the same Apple Account as the original purchase. Open the game’s Settings and tap Restore purchases. Buying and restoring require access to the App Store. Restoring purchased access does not restore locally stored game progress.
Can I play offline?
You can play available levels offline. Purchases, restoration and opening web pages require an internet connection.
How do I change the language?
Tap Language in the game’s Settings to open this app’s iOS settings page, then choose a language there. The game supports English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean. If iOS restarts the game after this change, the game restores the unfinished board saved before opening Settings. A daily board from a previous date is not resumed.
Where is my progress stored?
On your device. The game does not have its own cloud saves or cross-device sync. Removing the app may remove local progress. Apple device backups depend on your settings.
How do I start over?
Open Settings, choose Start a new journey, and complete the confirmation. This clears collected postcards and game progress, including daily records. Sound preferences and purchased access are retained. Language is managed by iOS.
What information does the game collect?
The app has no accounts, advertising tracking or third-party analytics. See the privacy policy for details about local data, Apple services and support email.
